How We Operate
Our warehouse holds deep inventory across the top 100 SKUs our partners reorder most. The goal is that your order ships today, arrives when we say it will, and contains exactly what the packing slip says — every single time. Misses happen; our job is to make them rare, and to make them right immediately when they do.
Compliance Is Not Optional
The regulatory environment for vapor products changes monthly. State flavor bans, product registries, tax stamp rules, PACT Act interpretations — we track all of it, and we adjust our operations so you don't have to guess. If a SKU can't legally ship into your state, our system catches it at order time, not at delivery.
