Age Policy
Apex Vape Wholesale sells only to licensed retailers engaged in the lawful resale of vapor and tobacco products. We enforce federal age-of-purchase requirements at every step of account creation and order fulfillment, and we expect the same from the retailers we supply.
Federal Tobacco 21 (T21)
Effective December 20, 2019, the federal minimum age to purchase tobacco and vapor products in the United States is 21 years. This applies in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and all U.S. territories, regardless of state or local law.
Retailer Responsibilities
As a condition of maintaining a wholesale account with Apex, retailers agree to:
- Verify the age of every consumer at point of sale using a valid government-issued photo ID
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local age-of-purchase laws
- Maintain a current state tobacco or vapor retail license on file with us
- Not re-distribute product received from Apex to any unlicensed party
- Report suspected underage purchase attempts to the appropriate authorities
Accounts found to be selling to underage consumers will be terminated immediately, and outstanding NET-terms balances accelerated.
Age Verification at Shipment
Every package Apex ships is delivered with adult signature (21+) service, as required by the PACT Act. Retailers must have a responsible adult 21 or older available at the receiving address to accept delivery. See our Shipping & Handling policy for details.
Product Disclaimer
Vapor products are not for sale to or use by persons under 21, pregnant or nursing women, persons with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or diabetes, or anyone sensitive to nicotine, propylene glycol, or vegetable glycerin. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. These disclaimers must be visible at the retail point of sale.
