Shipping & Handling

Apex Vape Wholesale ships to licensed tobacco and vapor retailers throughout the United States. Every shipment meets PACT Act requirements, is labeled per federal and state law, and includes documentation for your tax and compliance records.

Order Processing

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day. Orders confirmed after cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day. Large orders, drop-ship orders, and orders requiring special handling (flavor-registry SKUs, tax-stamped product) may require an additional 1 – 2 business days to pick, verify, and pack.

Delivery Window

Transit time depends on your account's ship-from region and the delivery address. Your dedicated rep can provide a realistic delivery window for any order — including options for freight / LTL shipments on larger POs.

Adult Signature Required (21+)

Federal law requires that every package containing vapor products be delivered using adult signature (21+) service. At delivery, the driver will:

  • Request a government-issued photo ID from any adult at the address
  • Verify the ID shows the recipient is 21 or older
  • Obtain a signature before releasing the package

Any adult 21 or older at the delivery address may sign — the signer does not have to be the person who placed the order. If no qualifying adult is available after three delivery attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse. This requirement cannot be waived.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship only to accounts with a valid state tobacco or vapor retail license on file. Certain states (North Carolina, Wisconsin, Florida, Virginia) maintain product registries that limit which SKUs may be distributed within the state — your rep will flag registry-restricted items at order time.

Receiving & Inspection

Please inspect all shipments at delivery. Shortages, damage, and fulfillment errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Retain the shipping carton, packing slip, and any damaged items until your claim is resolved. See our Returns & Exchange policy for the full process.

Documentation

Every shipment includes: packing slip, invoice (with line-item taxes where applicable), PACT Act compliance label, and any state-specific tax stamp documentation. Additional copies are available on request from your rep.
